  • To integrate beginning, out-of-state, and veteran teachers into the professional relationships within the school, school district, and community.
  • To provide an opportunity for inductees to reflect on their teaching through a comprehensive mentor relationship.
  • To encourage new teachers to view themselves as lifelong learners
  • To utilize the Colorado Teacher Standards and related benchmarks to guide and evaluate the professional growth and proficiency of beginning, out-of-state, and veteran teachers to support the acquisition of a professional teachers license.
